Patricia Knight was last seen at a relative's home on Calhoun Street in Perry, Florida on January 13, 2006. Lloyd Phelps, an acquaintance of Knight, was eventually charged with first-degree murder in her case. He was convicted of stabbing Knight to death and disposing of her body in July, 2013, and was given a life sentence. A second man, Johnny Flowers, was later indicted of first degree murder in connection with Knight's death. Knight's body has never been found.
