Dabney was reported missing on 12/14/2022 after not being present at his brother's funeral. Last known confirmed sighting was around 6/14/2022 by his niece at a local convenience store in Rice, Virginia. He had no vehicle and typically traveled on foot or would hitch a ride with others. Has ties to Richmond, Nottoway, Amelia, and Prince Edward.
