Stephen was last seen on August 4, 1988 in Los Angeles, CA. Also missing with him are Vito Jack Russo, Jason Jack Russo, and Stacy Lee Sabal. All four were reported missing when the commercial fishing boat 'Missing Bell' failed to return from a trip to the Big Sur area of Northern California.
