Mr. Perez had contact with his cousin approximately 3 years ago via Facebook Messenger. At that time he told his cousin that he was living in Washington DC. He has not had any contact with his family since then and there has been no activity on his known social media accounts. It does not appear Mr. Perez has had any contact with law enforcement since going missing.
