Relative dropped Joseph off at OU Medical in Oklahoma City, OK. The relative went to pick him up from the appointment but he didn't show up. In 2015 a friend of the family saw Joseph at a store in Shawnee, OK. The friend did not talk to Joseph but recognized him.
