Earl Hall was reported missing by his son who last had contact with him around Christmas of 2022. Earl lived in a vehicle on his property in Salisbury, NC and received assistance from DSS. No benefits have been used since December 2022 and his cell phone has not been on since he was reported missing on February 11, 2023. Earl's 1991 blue and white Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck is also missing. The registration plate that was affixed to it is unknown.
