Description

Reporting party stated that in 1980, Franklin Little Bear was witnessed boarding a Greyhound Bus, or some other transportation bus, with a friend, going from Mobridge, SD to Minneapolis, MN. Family received information that Franklin continued to Chicago, IL from Minneapolis. Sometime between 1983-1984, Franklin either wrote or called home to check in on family but the individual who received the letter or call has since passed on. The exact date of last contact is unknown.
