Ryan Staggs is the owner of Happy Motors in Newport, Oregon. He was last seen on 01-31-2022. Prior to his disappearance, on 08-08-2021, Staggs had been shot in the face while sleeping in his house by an unknown assailant. He survived the attack, was treated at a local hospital, and released. It is unknown if his disappearance is related to the shooting. Staggs’ vehicle was missing at the same time and later recovered and sold at auction. Staggs was not with the vehicle. (His vehicle was searched, and nothing was found to be of evidentiary value). Staggs’ whereabouts are unknown.
