Description

Andrew left the residence he was staying at in Sedalia, MO on 04/20/2023 with destination unknown. He was by himself when he left and was driving his white 2019 Ford Escape SUV bearing Florida license plates. We know that Andrew later received a traffic citation from the Kansas City MO Police Department on the same date; 04/20/2023 at approximately 1626 hours. Andrew's mother normally hears from him on a daily basis and hasn't heard from him since 04/20/2023.
