Mr. Mosely was last seen leaving his residence voluntarily on 5/30/2023 at 1730hrs and was confirmed to have taken a yellow cab to the area of Union Station, in Washington D. C. Mr. Mosely is reported to have an interest in buses/bus routes and could travel within the DMV area. Mr. Mosely may be in need of assistance.
