Description

Toni was last seen in Kennewick, Washington on July 22, 2022. Her vehicle was found along Highway 240 near Beliot Avenue, the Hanford Rattlesnake gate, on July 25, 2022. The vehicle had gas and was fully operational, and her phone, backpack, wallet, and other personal possessions were inside. Extensive searches of the area were unable to locate her.
