Kevin's brother reported that he had not seen his him since 2003 after a family fall out and last knew he lived somewhere in the wooded area off Mount Elden near Flagstaff, Arizona. Last field interview contact by Law Enforcement was 2018 in Flagstaff, AZ. Kevin has not been seen or heard from since.
