Manuel, also known as Pettie, was last seen at approximately 9:00pm leaving a party at a residence in the area of 3rd Ave. and Piedmont in Phoenix, AZ. He left with another person in a white car. On January 23, 1994 the vehicle was recovered by Mesa Police Department unoccupied. Foul play is suspected.
