Description

Stubbs called her parents to come and get her in Cincinnati, Ohio. They could not find her and filled a missing person report with the police department there. She was last seen on 9/9/1996, near the corner of Gilbert Avenue and McMillan Street in Cincinnati, Ohio. She may have been in Hamilton, Ohio for awhile before she completely disappeared.
