Description

Albert Scarber was last seen at above address standing next to the roadway at the foot of the driveway. It was common practice for Albert Scarber to leave the residence without notification for extended periods of time, but has not been seen or heard from since. The missing Individual was last known to be at south of Prescott, two miles east of the Rosston community near Oak Grove.
