Shelley was last seen between 3:30 & 4:00 p. m. Monday, Feb. 28. Shelley was reportedly bound for Murfreesboro, TN. Shelley's burned Pontiac Grand Prix was found southeast of Murfreesboro off U. S. 41A late that night.
