Frank had entered a sailboat race at the Edgewood Yacht Club with a friend. After the race, he stopped at Henry’s convenience store in Cranston, Rhode Island and visited with another friend who was working. Frank told him that might see him the next day. This was the last confirmed sighting of Frank.
