Description

The MP's boat was found fully engulfed in flames outside the harbor of Marina Del Rey. LASO and LAFD search and rescue responded and did not locate anyone near the boat, nor was anyone seen fleeing from the boat. A follow up was conducted to his residence and the MP was not located.
