Description

David was last seen at a friend's house in Lake Winola, PA on 4/28/99. David called his mother from the Lake Winola home and told her he was on his way back home to NYC. He allegedly took a taxi cab from Lake Winola to Scranton, PA where he was to take a bus back to NYC. But David never arrived home and has had no contact with friends or family since his disappearance.
