Description

Robert is homeless and did not have a documented physical address. He was last seen in Lahaina Town by a friend of his around 07/24/2023. He is suspected to have been in the Lahaina area during the time of the fire. No flight records indicate him leaving the island of Maui any time in close proximity to the fire or after. His whereabouts are unknown.
