Left Plano Texas with a possible W/M driving a U-Haul box truck. Jamil was hired as a day laborer and was going to Chicago for some work. On 08-07-23 Jamil was driving the U-Haul truck and was stopped by the Illinois State Police for a traffic violation on I-55 in Township, Sangamon County.
