The child was 14 years of age when he went missing on 08-14-1978 from Indianapolis, IN. Three days after the child went missing in this instance, he called family and told them that he had joined a carnival in PA. The child has not been heard from since. **NCIC entry has DLC of 2/1/2010 instead of 8/14/1978 Only photograph available is of Scott at age 10 years.
