Description

Wayne Siems was reported missing by family on 09-15-2023 at approximately 1640 hours. Per family he was last seen between 0900-0930 hours that day. Wayne left his wallet, vehicle, and all possessions behind. He is believed to have a handgun in his possession that he purchased a short time before he went missing. Wayne has lived in Wisconsin, Michigan, and New York.
