Julie Sinclair hasn't been in contact with family or friends since December 17th, 2021. Ms. Sinclair was known to live in various homeless shelters in the downtown Louisville area near the Ohio River. Individuals family spoke to state the last time they saw her she was headed to the river, and no one saw her return.
