On 04/05/97, Federico went on a tour of the Fish Ponds located at 89635 81st Ave, Oasis, CA. Federico went back to the residence to use the restroom. This was the last his wife had seen him. Federico suffered from disorientation and sometimes became confused. This was the first time Federico was ever at the location. He arrived on 04/05/97 from his residence in Half Moon Bay, CA.
