Description

Navarro was last seen getting into a fishing boat headed to San Diego, CA from Ensenada, MX. The boat she was on caught fire and the US Coast Guard rescued 12 people. One survivor believed Navarro was rescued and transported back to Ensenada. There are also conflicting reports that Navarro did not survive the fire and was lost at sea.
