Description

On August 21, 2023 at 1705 hours, Lucia took the trash out of the apartment and never returned. Lucia appeared to only have her cell phone with her, which appears to have been turned off. Lucia is unfamiliar with the area and was not believed to have any money, but may have a debit card in her possession. Reporting party believed Lucia to have voluntarily left the family at the opportunity to remain in the U. S. A. , and may be traveling to one of her two brothers, who live in unknown States east of California. No suspicious circumstances were suspected with Lucia's disappearance.
