Description

Sister reported Richard missing after she was unable to contact him since August of 2020. He left his home in California to head to the Midwest. He left on foot and desired to live a different lifestyle. Richard would contact his family periodically to inform them he was in good health and okay. Richard has not contacted his family for years at this point and they are concerned.
