Jacob was reported missing in October 2020 by his mother. Jacob was last seen/contacted in Tustin by relatives in June 2020. Jacob's last law enforcement contact was on 04-03-2020 by the Los Alamitos Police Department (California) and has not been contacted by police ever since. Jacob suffers from a mental health condition and is believed to be off his medications. Jacob's whereabouts or destination is unknown. However, he is known to frequent the Orange County and Riverside County areas in California.
