Dylan was seen with his mother Dilcia Vargas-Garcia (NamUs #MP94229) and older sister Brittani Anahi Garcia-Vargas (NamUs #MP119926). His mother was packing suitcases for herself and her children. After packing, they were seen getting into a grey possible Chevy Camaro or Ford Mustang.
