Description

A family member took him to a friend's house in Hamilton, Ohio on 2/7/2011. He tried to call family at approximately 2:30 a. m. on 2/8/2011. He has not been heard from since. The friend whom he had visited called his family to say that Billy had left his cell phone behind.
