Tyler was operating a crewboat that capsized on March 3rd 2022 on the Ohio River near the confluence of the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers. When it capsized he was never seen again and his body was never recovered from the Mississippi River. He was wearing a camo long sleeve shirt, work pants, Carolina logging boots.
