Description

Mr. Cunha was last seen in the City of New Bedford, MA in December 2007. He stated, "You will never see me again. " His vehicle was discovered abandoned on or about 12/29/07 in Bourne, MA near the harbor. There have been no sightings/contact. Mr. Cunha is of Angolan descent and has resided in Florida in the past. It is suspected that Mr. Cunha may have entered the water.
