On 10/20/14, the reporting party reported Robert RIETZEL missing. Robert last contacted his family on 09/26/14 via telephone, and have not been able to reach him since. Robert was to visit the reporting party on 09/27/24 at her home in Discovery Bay, CA and never arrived. Robert was believed to have been staying in an unknown location in Oakland, CA although his address on file showed an Antioch, CA address.
