Victor was last seen at his beeper store on Smith Street in Perth Amboy, NJ at 1:30 pm in his girlfriends vehicle, described as a blue Acura 2 door NJ JHW65F. He was traveling to Central Communications, 2595 Woodbridge Ave, Edison, NJ to drop off two pagers, but never arrived. His home in North Bergen was found unlocked and in disarray.
