Description

On 5/16/24, Rafael Aguilar Soto was reported missing by his brother. Rafael left on foot from the 900 block of Moccasin Ct, Carol Stream IL 60188. Rafael was last seen wearing a grey and white long sleeve t shirt, possible gold/yellow Timberland brand sweatshirt, blue jeans, brown construction boots and carrying a bible. Rafael suffers from undiagnosed mental illnesses and only speaks Spanish. Rafael would not have any identification on him.
