Russell Lynn MYERS was last observed by walking on the roadway near Long Hill Rd and Beatty School Road, on 02/18/21, at approx. 1200 hours. He was wearing dark coveralls, a gray jacked, a black hat, black boots, and black gloves. Russell Myers had a saw with him, and liked to explore the area and cut wood.
