Description

Patrick was reported missing by his son on 8/9/23 after he had not heard from Patrick in about 2 months. A county case worker had last seen Patrick on 7/25/23 on 665 L Street. Patrick was then seen on or around 8/3/23 on the 600 block of L Street by a transient acquaintance who reported Patrick was going to Brookings, OR to visit someone.
