Description

Phoenix was last seen by her mother, sitting in the driveway of her home in her 1998 Black Chevrolet Blazer. The vehicle was found a few hours later, abandoned in an intersection in East St. Louis, IL, and still running with the keys in the ignition. The driver's side door was open. Phoenix has not been seen or heard from.
