Description

Armando was last seen in El Paso, Texas. A family member stated that last contact with him was on 11/06/2024 via cellphone. The family member stated that after a couple of days of not hearing from him they became worried and went to his apartment and he was not there. Armando left his wallet and phone inside the apartment. No signs of foul play detected by law enforcement. Family members checked known areas which he frequents but he was not located. Hospitals were also checked with negative results.
