Description

The reporting party/ mother, Therese Murphy, advised Netcom she had not talked to her son Thomas McCabe since 2018 and wanted to report him missing. Murphy had last spoken to McCabe in January of 2018 via text message. According Murphy she used to send McCabe money through Western Union. McCabe was last known to be a transient in the Santa Cruz area. Murphy is not sure where McCabe frequents in the Santa Cruz area.
