Description

Bradley Palmer left the residence to walk to Green's Grocery on Magnolia Av. The reporting party said when he did not return in a reasonable time they went to the store, and they said someone matching his description was there earlier, but he left. Palmer left his phone at the apartment when he left. His residence has also been checked, and he has not been there. This did occur in Knoxville, Knox County, TN.
