On 10/05/2022, Kadaitche Smith was previously housed at a care facility in San Francisco, CA. At about 15:00 hours, Smith stated he needed to go to a different facility for medical services. After being released to seek treatment, Smith never returned and was then reported as missing. If located, please contact Detective J.
