Torey Newlin was last seen by his friends at a "String Cheese Incident" concert at the Lahaina Civic Center on 02/16/2002. He left the concert on foot, paranoid and disoriented, and was observed by law enforcement walking near the beach on Honoapiilani Highway. He was never seen or heard from again. His personal belongings, including his wallet were left behind.
