Description

The missing person left his home on October 8, 1978 in his vehicle and did not return. The vehicle was located abandoned in Newhall on October 15, 1978. The family believe the missingperson may have suffered a mental breakdown. Prior to his disappearance, he exhibited rambling speech and paranoia.
