Description

Mr. Frazier fell from an inflatable tube near the Kayak Course, on the Arkansas River, on June 2, 2014, at about 4:30 p. m. , in Pueblo, Colorado. Several witnesses reported seeing him face down and unconscious in the river. His remains have never been recovered.
