Description

Price was out with a group of friends free diving spear fishing approximately 6 miles offshore near Halsey Wreck Reef (N27 degrees 20. 136 W80 degrees 04. 515). Everyone in the group returned to the boat except Virgil Price. Visibility was low and conditions of the water were rough.
