Description

Maria Catalina was last known to be traveling over the Mexico-U. S. border with a guide and two other individuals. She was a resident of Seattle and was trying to return home from a visit to Mexico. She is believed to have reached San Miguel, AZ on the Tohono O’odham native reservation. She may have been on or near Indian Route 19 and was likely traveling on foot. Her family last heard from her on June 26, 2025 via text message.
