Description

On 5/13/2013 James Joseph Kane III, went kayaking off Lake Fredricks Beach near Sherman Cove Pensacola Naval Air Station. He was in a yellow kayak later located on Okaloosa Island without James or any of his belongings. James who went by "Joseph" had his family dog with him and a waterproof camouflage print bag containing his wallet and cell phone. James was wearing a red ski vest life jacket and an olive green Columbia hat.
