Description

Joaquin VELILLA left home in his vehicle to go surfing, and failed to return home. VELILLA's girlfriend went to check his normal surf spot at Pipeline, and discovered VELILLA's vehicle parked in the parking lot of Ehukai Beach Park. VELILLA's surfboard was later found washed ashore. An extensive search was conducted for VELILLA, however his body was never found.
